Minimum Qualifications

Graduation of an accredited LPN program

Must complete IH Charge Nurse Leadership Program within 6 months of placement into LPN Charge position. 

Licensure, Registration, Certification

• One of the following:
  • Current Alabama LPN license
  • Current Multi State LPN license in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

     *Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

• BLS
