Minimum Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy OR Master of Business Administration OR Master in Healthcare Administration

Well-developed verbal/written communication skills

Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills

Self-motivated and highly productive with excellent organizational ability

Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word software

Serves as a 340B Compliance specialist by providing direction and leadership for the management of all 340B pharmaceutical supplies within Infirmary Health. Works to ensure compliance with the 340B regulations and to maximize benefits of the IH program. Incumbent will synthesize and analyze all data related to participation in the 340B drug discount program including performing routine audits, maintaining policies, procedures, and certification, and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of the 340B drug discount program. Incumbent works with IH leaders to optimize 340B supply chain management and 340B compliance.
