Minimum Qualifications:

• BS from an accredited college of Pharmacy

 Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy 
• Permanent licenses will be required within 6 months of entry into the job.
• Parenteral licensure/eligibility

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures
• Working knowledge of practice in speciality care areas
• Parenteral license
• Preceptorship
• Consulting licensure

Ensures appropriate, safe, effective & efficient use of medications through the application of pharmaceutical principles in order to provide optimal patient outcomes.
