Minimum Qualifications
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively utilize web-based applications and PC based software
Must have one of the following:
BS degree in Human Resources or related field AND 2 of most recent 3 years’ experience in an OD and/or HR development role
Desired Qualifications
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
Advanced knowledge of presentation, publication, and graphic software
Advanced knowledge of database management and spreadsheet applications
Working knowledge of designing educational / promotional material
Provides a variety of professional, technical and general administrative support services to Organizational Development (OD) according to established standards. Performs independently, or minimal supervision, and possesses the ability to prioritize work based on variable department goals and deadlines.
