Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Considerable knowledge of the analysis, design and installation of IT systems in a large complex environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• EPIC Certification as appropriate
• Proven skills in project and people management

Plans and directs the design, development and implementation of major automated systems and/or enhancements to existing systems for assigned areas by providing leadership to an IT team.
