Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Working knowledge of personal computer operating systems and peripheral equipment

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field

Performs complex technical trouble shooting in all operational areas as related to computer hardware and pc-related software.  Develops and prepares reports concerning hardware configuration and maintenance.  Provides technical assistance to the Infirmary Health user community by evaluation, trouble shooting and maintenance of computer hardware, pc-related software and networking.
