Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience in Business Related Technology
Demonstrated refined judgment and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and related Human Resource processes
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Infirmary Health’s human resource policies, programs, processes, human resource information processing environment and reporting applications
Desired Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Professional designation in a human resource-related professional society or group
Performs assigned recruiting and other employment functions for positions throughout the System, in accordance with Infirmary Health and departmental policies and procedures to ensure the timely acquisition of the human resources needed to support System goals and objectives.
