Minimum Qualifications: 

One of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Pharm D. degree

3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience working in a pharmacy leadership setting

Working knowledge of management principles

Licensure, Registration, Certification: 

One of the following:

• Current Alabama State Board of Pharmacy license
• License eligible*

*Permanent license will be required within six months of placement in position

Desired Qualifications: 

Master of Business Administration or Master’s degree in Hospital Pharmacy

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

Consulting licensure

Preceptor licensure/eligibility

Manages the overall operation of Retail Pharmacy services. Monitors and processes pharmaceuticals in order to provide defined patient care services which meet Infirmary Health’s (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
