Minimum Qualifications

One of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Bachelor’s in Nursing
• Bachelor’s in a related field

5 of the most recent 7 years' experience working in a healthcare leadership role

Good verbal/written communication skills

Working knowledge of Word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs

Proven leadership skills
Working knowledge of management role in medical practice or related

Desired Qualifications

Master’s Degree

3 or more years of Cancer Center management experience

Directs the daily Cancer Clinic operations for assigned employees to provide quality administrative, operational, and financial services according to established Infirmary Health’s policies and procedures.
