Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in nursing
2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience working with clinical appeals and denials, revenue integrity, or quality assessment
Well-developed leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
One of the following:
*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Provides leadership to the IH CDI and Payment Integrity department, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely medical record documentation, as well as auditing the appeal and denials process, identifying opportunities for improvement across the system to enhance patient outcomes.
