Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical and computer skills, as well as written, interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
Working knowledge of payroll and benefit processing, regulations and laws, and principles of administration.
Working knowledge of client-server-based data processing environment, including report writer applications.
Demonstrated ability to organize and implement assigned tasks of a technical nature with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications:
Performs payroll, benefit, employment, and related clerical and administrative functions for all System employees, in accordance with IHS and departmental policies and procedures, to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery of pay and benefits. Responds to employee inquiries about programs and policies in a timely and efficient manner.
