Minimum Qualifications:

One of the following:

• Associates degree in Education
• Associates degree in IT
• Associates degree in Informatics
• Associates degree in Business
• 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience in a clinical/medical IT/medical educational environment

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a clinical area, IT, business

Works with the IT leadership team, IT Educational Designer, and EPIC application coordinators to develop and deploy training to the appropriate end users (physicians/mid-levels/staff) including but not limited to new hires and existing employees. Provides classroom training to end users of assigned IT applications using the curriculum, lessons, and training materials for the various applications. Responsible for the classroom logistics including set-up, materials, supplies and equipment. Acts as a liaison between the Help Desk, IT Department, and its customers. Participates in "go-live" support activities.
