Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioral health or social sciences

5 of the most recent 7 years’ experience in a clinical therapy setting

2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience in a management role in a healthcare setting

Licensure, Registration, Certification

Licensed in the state of Alabama as appropriate for degree

Manages the overall operations of the Harbor to provide behavioral healthcare services which meet IH’s standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes. Collaborates with the Medical Director to formulate goals and objectives.
