Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

One of the following:

  • 6 of the most recent 8 years' experience performing executive secretarial duties
  • Associate’s degree in business administration and 5 of the most recent 7 years’ experience performing executive secretarial duties
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and 4 of the most recent 6 years' experience performing executive secretarial duties

 

Excellent communication and keyboarding skills

 

Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures

 

Working knowledge of word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs

Responsibilities

Performs diverse administrative and executive secretarial duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. This level supports Facility Administrators/ Presidents and/or supports multiple EVP, SVP, VP’s. Assists the Infirmary Foundation by performing administrative duties related to fundraising, marketing and communications, and donor database management. Performs independently with little supervision.
