Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, health information, computer science, or related field
- Associates degree in information technology, health information, computer science, or related field AND 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience in IT, interface support, or systems analysis in a healthcare setting
Working knowledge of EHR systems, HL7 standards, and data flow
Desired Qualifications:
- College degree with working knowledge of HL-7 and Interface Technology or Computer Engineering
- Previous healthcare experience
- Experience with Cloverleaf, EPIC EHR, and HL-7 systems
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and monitoring of existing or planned data interfaces between Infirmary Health’s (IH) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and other internal and external systems. Assists with basic interface configuration, issue resolution, documentation, and testing working with senior team members.
