Minimum Qualifications
Must meet one of the following:
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position
Knowledge of a full range of HR functions including recruiting, placement, total rewards, employee relations, labor and employment law, and policy/process development
Strong judgment, customer service, communication (oral and written), and process-oriented problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business, or related field
Proven knowledge of Human Resource administration in a healthcare facility
Licensure, Registration, Certification
SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP
Ensures efficient and integrated administration of day-to-day Employee Relations services through appropriate employee relations approaches, processes and procedures. Fosters a fair and just culture by maintaining strong communication and positive relationships with management and staff to promote high levels of employee engagement.
