Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position
Working knowledge of clinic office procedures
Demonstrated skill with the computer software employed
Working knowledge of insurance procedures
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in a teaching role
Coordinates scheduling and training for both clinical and non-clinical employees on general office and other processes. Coordinates file clerks supporting outlying clinics to ensure all charts are available to physicians as needed.
