Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
Well-developed written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively utilize web-based applications and PC based software
Desired Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of presentation, publication, and graphic software
Advanced knowledge of database management and spreadsheet applications
Working knowledge of designing educational / promotional material
OD Assistant provides a variety of professional, technical, and general administrative and clerical support services to the OD team. This position supports key functions such as training and development, employee engagement initiatives, data tracking, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to perform independently or with minimal supervision, with the ability to prioritize work based on goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities may include coordinating meetings and events, preparing communication materials and reports, assisting with onboarding and training logistics, managing documentation and records, and serving as a point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic team environment. The OD Assistant will be located at the Infirmary Eastern Shore building in Daphne.
