Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
Well-developed written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively utilize web-based applications and PC based software
Desired Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of presentation, publication, and graphic software
Advanced knowledge of database management and spreadsheet applications
Working knowledge of designing educational / promotional material
Provides a variety of professional, technical and general administrative support services to Organizational Development (OD) according to established standards. Performs independently, or with minimal supervision, and possesses the ability to prioritize work based on variable department goals and deadlines.
