Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Therapy

• Working knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures

• Basic knowledge of management principle

• Proven leadership skills

• Exhibits ability to communicate effectively using written and oral skills

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Registry with National Board for Respiratory Care
• Alabama state license
• American Heart Association BLS

Desired Qualifications:

• B.S. degree

• Working knowledge of management in a setting of similar clinical setting

• Team Leader, Coordinator, or Specialist experience
