Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• Working knowledge of clinic nursing
• Specialized knowledge of pacemakers and ICDs

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

BLS

Valid driver’s license

One of the following:

• Current Alabama RN license
• Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

Ensures continuity and quality of care by providing patient assessment and education, physician assistance, coordination of procedures and effective communication to achieve IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.   Provides specialized expertise regarding pacemakers and ICDs.
